Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for IT roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various channels such as job boards, LinkedIn, social media, and internal databases to source high-quality candidates.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
- Screening and Evaluation: Conduct detailed candidate evaluations, including technical assessments, to ensure role compatibility.
- Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical IT positions.
- Market Research: Stay updated on IT industry trends, salary benchmarks, and skill demands to advise stakeholders effectively.
- Recruitment Metrics: Track and report recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate feedback, to drive continuous improvement.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience: 2-4 years of proven experience as an IT recruiter.
- Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and terminology.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective candidate engagement and stakeholder management.
- Sourcing Tools: Proficiency in using recruitment tools like LinkedIn, Naukri, or other applicant tracking systems (ATS).
- Networking: Exceptional networking skills with a knack for building long-term professional relationships.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address recruitment challenges.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
