All employees are covered in compliance with the Employees Provident Fund Act of 1952 and amendments thereafter.
Gratuity is payable to eligible employees in accordance with the provisions of the Payment of Gratuity Act, 1972. Employees who complete a minimum of five years of continuous service with the Company shall be entitled to gratuity.
All employees are covered under the Company's Group Medical Insurance Policy, which provides health insurance coverage for the employee, their spouse, and up to two dependent children. The coverage, terms, and conditions shall be governed by the policy guidelines issued by the insurance provider and amended from time to time.

To help deal with any unforeseen emergencies, Employees who have completed their probation period and have been confirmed are eligible for up to 1 month's salary advance. Advance can be availed once in a financial year and need to be repaid in six monthly instalments deducted from subsequent salaries.
