- 3-6 years of hands-on experience in performance testing.
- In-depth knowledge of web protocols, including HTTP/HTTPS, WebSockets, and/or other protocols.
- Solid understanding of related API concepts.
- Proficient in using performance testing tools, particularly Apache JMeter.
- Strong expertise in performance testing methodologies, best practices, and performance optimization techniques.
- Proven experience in executing complex performance testing scenarios and generating realistic load patterns.
- Skilled in analyzing performance test results to derive actionable insights regarding application performance under varying load conditions.
- Experience in preparing and presenting detailed performance testing reports and results to clients.
- Familiarity with API testing tools, such as Postman.
- Experience with custom scripting in JMeter using languages like Groovy, Java, or JavaScript is an advantage.
- Knowledge of additional performance testing tools, such as LoadRunner, is a plus.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Should be able to work during overlapping hours or weekend support if required.
