Key Responsibilities:

• Manual Testing: Perform manual testing of web applications, mobile apps, and APIs across various platforms and devices.
• API Testing: Design, execute, and validate manual tests for APIs using tools like Postman or SoapUI. Ensure that APIs are functioning as expected in different use cases.
• SQL Testing: Write complex SQL queries to validate data integrity, ensure accurate data retrieval, and perform backend verification.
• Mobile Testing: Test mobile applications on both Android and iOS platforms, ensuring high-quality user experiences across different devices, OS versions, and network conditions.
• Test Case Design: Develop, review, and execute test cases for functional, regression, and integration testing. Ensure test coverage across all user scenarios.
• Defect Reporting: Identify and document software defects, working closely with development teams to troubleshoot and resolve issues.
• Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, developers, and other QA team members to ensure a seamless testing process.
• Test Documentation: Maintain detailed test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test execution results.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of experience in manual testing with a strong focus on API, SQL, and mobile application testing.
• API Testing: Hands-on experience testing RESTful and SOAP APIs. Familiarity with tools like Postman, SoapUI, or similar.
• SQL: Strong SQL skills with experience in writing complex queries, performing data validation, and troubleshooting database issues.
• Mobile Testing: Experience in manual testing on Android and iOS applications. Familiarity with testing tools like Appium or similar is a plus.
• Bug Tracking: Experience with bug tracking and test management tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or TestRail.
• Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Ability to identify and debug issues effectively.
• Attention to Detail: Meticulous and thorough in identifying even the smallest of issues in the software.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to document findings and communicate defects clearly to the development team.
