Required Skills and Qualifications:
- 3+ years of strong experience across STLC.
- Expertise in WebdriverIO (WDIO)—mandatory.
- Hands-on experience with Playwright (preferred).
- Strong programming skills in JavaScript—mandatory.
- Working knowledge of TypeScript and Python—added advantage.
- Experience with BDD frameworks (Jasmine).
- Familiarity with API testing concepts and tools.
- Exposure to performance testing using JMeter.
- Lead end-to-end quality assurance by designing scalable automation frameworks, developing comprehensive test strategies and scripts, integrating with CI/CD pipelines, and delivering clear reporting, and actively participating in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure high-quality deliverables, drive process improvements, troubleshoot issues with strong analytical skills, and continuously adopt best practices and modern testing tools.
- Strong experience in DevOps and CI/CD pipeline management with hands-on expertise in GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Actions, NPM, and exposure to Azure DevOps and AWS.
- Proficient in Jira for test management and defect tracking, with working knowledge of Jenkins and Docker as added advantages.
- Experience working in VDI-based enterprise environments (Virtual Desktop Infrastructure – VDI) with remote server management and secure enterprise access setups.
- Ability to manage test execution environments in distributed or enterprise setups.
- Experience working with US-based clients in a distributed team model.
- Good to have knowledge or experience in the Audit/Tax domain.
- Self-driven and capable of independently learning and delivering solutions.
- Strong communication skills with a professional and positive attitude.
- Should be able to work during overlapping hours or weekend support if required.
