Engineering better software through smarter testing

As a cofounder of Testing Mavens, my journey began at IBM, where I cut my teeth as a test engineer. My mantra has always been, "If a task is repetitive, automate it." This obsession with automation has never wavered, indifferent to the tool, technology, or product at hand.
The quest for outstanding test engineers during my tenure as an engineering manager unveiled the pressing need for software testing to be recognized and valued. It was this realization that inspired Jayan Joseph and me to embark on the Testing Mavens adventure, giving software testing the spotlight it merits.
I'm often referred to as the go-to mentor for our team, ready with a solution or a word of guidance whenever a technical conundrum arises. With over two decades dedicated to the craft of software testing, my passion remains undimmed. I still engage hands-on in our projects and relish the opportunity to roll up my sleeves and dive into code alongside my fellow Mavens, continuously pushing the boundaries of what we can achieve together.

Prior to starting Testing Mavens, I had extensive experience in the services industry, having served in roles ranging from engagement manager to hands-on technology leader. My focus is on ushering in innovation within the software testing arena, a mindset that greatly enhances the synergy between Feby and me.
To me, the approach to client services extends beyond the traditional model of simply providing resources. We are not here just to supply manpower; our aim is to pivot towards a strategy-driven approach that prioritizes bespoke solutions. We strive to offer clients strategies and solutions that significantly improve their product quality.
Together with Feby, I am dedicated to steering our organization toward becoming a leading force in the software testing field. Our strategic vision is focused on developing solutions specifically designed to address the unique challenges faced by both startups and large enterprises. In my daily interactions with various clients, it becomes clear that they view us not merely as a service provider but as a trusted partner they can depend on to achieve their quality objectives with efficient and effective strategies.
